RICE HELPS IN LOOSING WEIGHT

Who said Rice makes you FAT ? We all have believed this for yrs. I had !!  Dieticians always recommend Rotis to Rice and trust me babies I had been to the best dieticians prior to 2013 and I was always told to have ROTIS and strictly a big NO TO RICE . I have never lost weight with Rotis. It was Rice which has done wonders for me and many others I know 🙂 Past many years ,I have completely lived on Rice and only Rice . Never gained weight and always lost weight because of rice , but if I included rotis made of gluten , I have always gained weight. So switching to Rotis is totally a MISTAKE.BEWARE OF ROTIS made of GLUTEN. Rice has been a part of our diet for millennia. Recent dietary trends show it in a bad light. But that’s not the Truth from my experience. Many opinions might differ but I know what rice has done to me.

Rice is staple food grain in India. Classified as Kharif Crop. Rice is extracted from paddy, which is sown during the rainy season and harvested in autumn. Thus, it is called a summer or monsoon fare in India. Rice is an important staple of any healthy diet. This food is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates and complements protein alternatives to saturated fat-laden meat dishes very well.

 

Rice is the dietary backbone for over half the world’s population. In Asian countries, each person consumes on average 200 to 400 pounds a year. Americans eat about 21 pounds per person, per year.

Rice is packed with nutrition, a good source of carbohydrates,proteins,B vitamins,minerals(manganese potassium,calcium and iron) and fibre. It contains one important amino acids called methionine. 

RICE HAS MADE MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM STRONG. 

I usually have food allergies , but after intake of rice ,my food allergies has diminished a lot. It strengthens my digestive system and that directly has a huge impact on my skin. It makes it glow and look so healthy unlike the  days when I include gluten and lactose in my diet. I strongly believe what you eat and drink shows on your skin , hair and health and when I want to glow like never before I follow strict BLOOD GROUP DIET.

 

Eating a controlled portion of cooked rice on a daily basis does help meet the vital vitamins  and energy needs, which further increases metabolism and in turn reduces weight as well. On the positive side, a small portion of rice makes you feel full. You don’t crave for more food after eating rice 🙂 Also it is gluten free and can act as a good source of nourishment for people like me who is allergic to gluten. Gluten is weight gain for O positive blood group  🙁 After cooking the rice we strain the water ( starch ) out.

SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT RICE WILL RULE YOUR MEAL, NOTWITHSTANDING THE CONTROVERSIES, AS IT’S BENEFITS OUTWEIGH ITS SHORTCOMINGS.

So it’s wise to include a limited amount in your daily diet. 

I have lived on Rice for years now and came down to 69 kgs from 90 kgs . 🙂

SO RICE DOES’NT  MAKE YOU FAT atleast for me and I believe that big time 🙂
